POSITION OVERVIEW:
Syner-G is seeking a Facilities Engineer with experience in the management, execution, and day-to-day support of building and plant operations, including labs, manufacturing plants, utilities, equipment, and systems. The ideal candidate will perform routine inspections, maintain documented records, and be on-call for emergencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and GMPs. Effective communication and collaboration with various departments are essential to meet the facility's needs and quickly resolve any issues.

WORK LOCATION: 
Travel to client sites may be required up to 100%, based on project demands and client expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Schedule, coordinate, and oversee outside service providers for routine CM and PM Program tasks provided under building, system, or equipment maintenance contracts. </li>

<li>Ensure all Corrective Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance Program tasks are completed and documented properly according to policies and procedures. </li>
<li>Perform, schedule, coordinate, and oversee emergency troubleshooting and repair on various HVAC, mechanical, utility systems, and lab and manufacturing equipment (GxP and non-GxP). </li>
<li>Perform routine inspections of equipment and facility utilities to identify any issues before they become major problems, looking for signs of wear, leaks, or any abnormalities. </li>
<li>Maintain documented records of inspections, preventative maintenance activities, and any repairs following approved SOPs and Work Instructions to ensure compliance, audits, and tracking the overall state of the facility, utilities, and equipment. </li>
<li>Respond to alarms and emergencies, such as equipment failures or power outages, with a clear understanding of the facility's emergency response procedures. </li>
<li>Work closely with other departments, such as engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and research and development, ensuring effective communication to meet the facility's needs. </li>
<li>Troubleshoot systems to quickly identify and resolve issues. </li>
<li>Monitor freezers and other critical equipment to ensure proper operation.</li>
<li>Maintain regular communication with the Manufacturing (MFG) team to address facility-related needs.</li>

What's your day like?
As a Full-Time Area Security Service Technician at Sentrillion, you will be responsible for maintaining computer and camera surveillance systems across a specified geographic region, which include managing computers, data networks, digital video cameras, recorders, power supplies, and fiber optics. Your role involves installing, updating, and maintaining hardware and software while ensuring precise asset accountability and detailed maintenance records. You will leverage advanced electrical theory to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues, employing sophisticated diagnostic tools to calibrate and adjust electronic equipment to stringent specifications.
ExperienCe/Qualifications
Candidates must possess a diverse skill set and qualifications. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, with a preference for an Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field from an accredited institution. It is essential to have a solid foundation in computers, data networks, digital video systems and fiber optics, alongside basic electronics principles. strong understanding of telecommunications systems, including transmission, broadcasting, switching, and control. Familiarity with circuit boards, processors, chips, as well as both hardware and software applications are crucial for success. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in the use, repair, and maintenance of various machines and tools.
Additionally, the role requires the ability to obtain and maintain government-issued security clearances, a valid driver's license, and a readiness to travel approximately 75% of the time.

Area Security Service Technician- VT

Job Description
Pines Senior Living Community seeks full time (30-40 hour per week) Community Manager for 180+ independent senior apartments in South Burlington, VT. Candidate will be one of four employees at the property, including Assistant Community Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Technician. Candidate will need to be able to work independently, manage time effectively, be attentive to details and willing to tackle challenges and solve problems!
Specific duties and job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

<li>Rent collection</li>
<li>Tenant Customer Service</li>
<li>Maintenance &amp; Vendor Coordination</li>
<li>Some administrative tasks and reporting</li>
<li>Overseeing site staff</li>
<li>Working with Compliance to ensure tax credit compliance</li>
<li>Coordinating resident events and services</li>
</ul>
Skills and Experience Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to work in dependently and manage time</li>
<li>Willingness to tackle challenges and solve problems</li>
<li>Comfortability working with seniors, their families and their needs</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational and communication skills.</li>
<li>High level of competency in learning new computer and technology skills.</li>

<li>Experience in MRI or other real estate software is preferred</li>
