MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: Five (5) years of experience in the field of criminal justice, law enforcement, public administration, or a related field, with at least three (3) years of experience supervising police, security, correctional staff and/or operations. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.
License/Certification: Valid New Hampshire Driver’s License. CPR/AED and basic first aid certification. National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification.

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants at the commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities as needed.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.</li>
<li>Monitor access points and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents according to company protocols.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment.</li>
<li>Document and report all incidents, observations, and security-related activities in a timely and accurate manner.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>
<li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.</li>
<li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.</li>
<li>A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.</li>
