The purpose of this job is to safeguard Long’s property, employees and customers by maintaining a high visibility presence while providing exceptional customer service and assistance to both employees and customers on location. Location: Hildreth Elementary School
Schedule: Monday-Friday mornings and afternoons, 7:00am to 9:00am and 3:30pm to 6:00pm

As an AlphaBEST Captain, you'll be trained to do the following:
<ul>
<li>Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.</li>
<li>Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.</li>
<li>Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.</li>
<li>Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and s</li>
</ul>
Here's what you'll need:
<ul>
<li>Must have a HS diploma</li>
<li>Must be at least 20 years old</li>
<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs</li>
<li>Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations</li>
<li>At least one year of supervised work experience with school-aged children or one practicum (this can be reduced to 9 months with bachelor's degree or associate degree in any field; to 6 months with Bachelor's in early education</li>
