As part of the Maintenance team, you’ll help with the requests that come in each day pertaining to the more technical side of the building– like appliance maintenance, smoke detector installations, and light fixture removals. What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.</li>
<li>Maintain a visible presence as an armed security professional to help to deter potential threats within the government environment.</li>
<li>Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas.</li>
<li>Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and client protocols.</li>
<li>Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as needed in the event of an incident.</li>
<li>Support the enforcement of site-specific rules and regulations to help to maintain order and compliance.</li>

Minimum Requirements:

<li>Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.</li>
<li>Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
