Job Summary
Wentworth by the Sea Resort &amp; Spa is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. This position is responsible for maintaining the resort’s facilities, guest rooms, and equipment to ensure a safe, functional, and exceptional guest experience. Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities

Job Summary
 Summary: Keeps buildings clean and orderly. Performs heavy cleaning duties, including cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans. </li>
<li>Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures. </li>
<li>Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement. </li>
<li>Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitize all surfaces. Follows the eight-step cleaning procedure. </li>

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain housing facilities and respond to work orders and emergencies
• Perform basic maintenance (lighting, plumbing fixes, locks, furniture moves)
• Assist with room moves and employee arrivals
• Support laundry operations, including driving the laundry truck
• Conduct housing inspections and uphold standards
Qualifications:
