Key Responsibilities

Job Description
We are seeking an Apartment Leasing Agent to join our team in Brockton, MA ! You will be leasing and pre-leasing residential apartments within our current portfolio in Brockton. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
Hours are 9:30 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. Monday – Friday. 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Online Marketing and Advertising.</li>
<li>Promptly and diligently follow up with all leads and prospects through our digital platforms. Make calls (50-100 calls a day).</li>
<li>Schedule viewings, physically meet prospective tenants at different property locations to show upcoming units (typically occupied), utilizing sales skills to effectively close prospects.</li>
<li>Review Rental Applications. Screen tenants, conduct credit and criminal checks, and obtain the documentation required for completed applications, which will then be handed off to a manager.</li>
<li>Convert prospects into tenants and maintain occupancy expectations.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3-years of experience in the property management and/or leasing field with a successful record is preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently.</li>
<li>Strong computer skills to navigate multiple platforms.</li>
<li>Good communication, sociable, self-motivated, dependable, professional, and honest.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills.</li>
<li>Customer service-oriented with the ability to engage different personalities.</li>
<li>Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.</li>
