Job Description
Property Administrator – Residential Property Management 
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Property Administrator to join the on-site residential management team for a community of 501 units in Somerville, MA that are LIHTC, Home, and PB Section 8. As our Property Administrator you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the property management office. 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide day-to-day financial and accounting tasks to support property operations. </li>
<li>Process and enter invoices into property management software.</li>
<li>Collect, enter and track all rent payments.</li>
<li>Enter HUD vouchers, submit and reconcile TRACS.</li>
<li>Conduct bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate ledgers.</li>
<li>Submit month end reporting and monthly variances to Property Manager. </li>
<li>Assist residents, vendors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.</li>
<li>Assist in researching rental payments balances and vendor past due invoices</li>
<li>Assist with the processing of the rental payments and issue receipts.</li>
<li>Work closely with Property Manager on lease renewals, rental applications, and move-in/move-out coordination.</li>
<li>Perform other administrative duties as needed.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent. </li>
<li>2 years of prior bookkeeping experience, preferably in property management or real estate.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities with strong team orientation.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li>
<li>Familiarity with property management software -- Yardi is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to relate to and work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.</li>
<li>Professional, respectful, and approachable demeanor toward residents and co-workers.</li>
</ul>
Additional Details 
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Compensation: $25-$28 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Day shift; Monday to Friday

The Boys Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire, White Mountain Early Learning Center, is looking for a club custodian to work during non-club hours, 15-20 hours per week, with primary responsibilities to ensure that the facility is safe, organized, clean and that it meets sanitary requirements. The club custodian will also address basic facility maintenance needs. Duties

<li>Dusts and mops floors</li>
<li>Vacuums carpets</li>
<li>Cleans restrooms and restocks paper and soap supplies</li>
<li>Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment</li>
<li>Empties trash and replaces trash bags</li>
<li>Cleans windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using appropriate cleaners and equipment</li>
<li>May change light bulbs when requested</li>
<li>Maintains a safety conscious attitude in performing duties</li>
<li>Ensures proper use and maintenance of equipment</li>
<li>May perform basic building maintenance as needed</li>
