Position Summary: The Site Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Multi-Site Store Manager with operations and sales activities of the site location, ensuring overall store performance sales goals and profitability are met and providing guidance to a customer focused part-time sales team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Knowledge and Experience:

Minimum of &nbsp;3+ years of residential property maintenance required. Must live within 30 minutes of Ayer for rotating on-call and have a valid driver’s license and own transportation. $150 premium paid for all week’s that you are on-call, additionally you are paid a time and a half rate for any emergency calls plus travel time.&nbsp;

Facilities/Custodian/Clubhouse Maintenance Position - Full Time
[This position is for local candidates only. It is not eligible for international sponsorship]
The Winchester Country Club is looking for multiple, experienced Facilities Maintenance personnel who bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to assist with various maintenance functions throughout our facilities. These are regular, full-time positions, with the understanding that tasks can change from day to day, and overall responsibilities differ from season to season. Below is a general list of responsibilities that are frequent, though not all encompassing.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Set up and breakdown rooms for functions including but not limited to furniture, coffee stands, assisting with linen setups, etc.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Move furniture throughout the Club for various functions and activities.</li>
<li>Ensure that equipment is clean and maintaining it when necessary.</li>
<li>Ensure the building is a safe and secure environment for the staff and members</li>
<li>Running errands to include picking up supplies, going to the bank and any other needs</li>
<li>Clean parking lot of trash</li>
<li>Trouble shooting equipment before calling for repairs.</li>
<li>Interacting with various vendors who provide specialized repairs to the facilities.</li>
<li>Clean and sanitize bathrooms with proper chemicals and equipment including but not limited to floors, walls, and vents.</li>
<li>Refilling of cleaning products, soaps, towels etc.</li>
<li>Cleaning floors, including vacuuming rugs and mopping tile and hardwood.</li>
<li>Clean windows, inside and outside</li>
<li>Washing walls, cleaning lights and light fixtures</li>
<li>Empty trash and place in proper receptacles</li>
<li>Washing, folding, and putting away laundry appropriately.</li>
<li>Parking attendant when needed.</li>
<li>Any other duties assigned by the club management, not limited to the above.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Valid driver’s license, to operate a box truck and or golf carts.</li>
<li>Good communication skills.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Be able to work both independently and with a team.</li>
<li>Subject to successful completion of background check and screening.</li>
<li>Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per work shift.</li>
<li>Able to lift 45 lbs. independently and up to 120 lbs. With a team member.</li>
<li>Able to withstand stress while working in a fast-paced environment with multiple events occurring during the same work shift.</li>
<li>Providing outstanding member experience through interpersonal skills and overall work ethic.</li>
</ul>
Schedule:
Must have flexibility to work, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

<li>Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.</li>
<li>Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.</li>
<li>Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.</li>
<li>Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.</li>
<li>Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies</li>
<li>Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.</li>
<li>Must be able to work around cleaning products.</li>
<li>Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.</li>
<li>Residency within the service area required</li>
