Job Summary
Summary: Assists with the day-to-day upkeep, maintenance and smooth operation of the building and campus. Repairs, maintains and assists in the installation of equipment.

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our Team! Our Homewood Suites in Canton has 98 spacious suites with full kitchens. We are just south of Boston, you can easily take the nearby 128 train to Boston. Gillette Stadium and Legacy Place are a 15-minute drive. Less than a mile away is the Blue Hills Reservation and Trillium Brewing. Our guests enjoy a self-serve beer and wine station and complimentary breakfast every morning. Position Summary
The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of their assigned program within our New Way/ ABI division. They will work under the direction of the Program Coordinator to uphold the highest standard for all people receiving services. 
Pay Rate: $21.50 an hour
Schedule: Sunday 9am-5pm, Monday through Wednesday 12pm-8pm, Thursday 8am-4pm (40h)
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Shift set up and planning through the use of effective communication, shift-planning sheets and regular updates with the Floating Supervisor.</li>
<li>Maintaining program scheduling and ensuring staffing ratios are adequate at all times.</li>
<li>Monitor substance counts, medication ordering, posting and verifying of medications.</li>
<li>Monitoring of money counts, petty cash and check requests with the oversight of the Program Coordinator.</li>
<li>Work with the program coordinator to hire, onboard, and train new employees.</li>
<li>Monitor daily tracking for medications, ISP goal tracking, behavior tracking, and mobility exercise.</li>
<li>Ensure that all medical appointments, therapies, visiting nurse appointments and community dates are met.</li>
<li> Model positive participant engagement and advocacy while balancing direct support and opportunities for independence.</li>
<li>Reports of all maintenance issues as appropriate to the Program Coordinator.</li>
<li>Communicate and report in a timely manner all issues, concerns or incidents to the Program Coordinator.</li>
<li>Complete the necessary written documentation related to particular incidents within mandated timelines.</li>
</ul>
