Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Schedules and assists with daily operations (service orders, trash removal, repaints/re-carpets, apartment turnovers, etc.)

<li>Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors and supervisors</li>
<li>Conduct and document regular property inspections and communicate results</li>
<li>Inspect vacated apartments and complete ‘make-ready’ checklist and inform manager of needed services and repairs</li>
<li>Required to be available and often on-site in the event of a weather or property emergency</li>
<li>Oversee work orders and oncall at Washington House, 14 units in Taunton.</li>
<li>Duties and responsibilities listed are not all-inclusive and other assignments can occur based on property needs</li>

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day maintenance operations of the property. Direct all operations of maintenance team, able to adapt to situations that arise and problem solve. Must have extensive experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair and of unit turnover procedures. Minimum of 3-5 years of residential property maintenance and supervisory experience required. Must live within 30 minutes of Brockton for rotating on-call and have a valid driver’s license and own transportation. $150 premium paid for all week’s that you are on-call, additionally you are paid a time and a half rate for any emergency calls plus travel time.

 As a Security Officer - Armed Financial Patrols in Boston, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. This armed and driving post involves conducting routine patrols and interacting professionally with clients and visitors. What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond appropriately to emergency situations.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.</li>
<li>Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible presence.</li>
<li>Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.</li>
<li>Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or customers, providing assistance as needed while upholding security-related protocols.</li>
<li>Follow all company and client policies regarding the handling and use of firearms while on duty.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>A valid concealed carry weapons permit is required.</li>
<li>Applicants must have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security experience.</li>
<li>Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.</li>
<li>Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.</li>
<li>A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.</li>
<li>Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>
<li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.</li>
<li>Participate in industry-specific security training programs.</li>
