The Winchester Country Club is looking for multiple, experienced Facilities Maintenance personnel who bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to assist with various maintenance functions throughout our facilities. These are regular, full-time positions, with the understanding that tasks can change from day to day, and overall responsibilities differ from season to season. Responsibilities:

<li> Ensure construction complies with drawings &amp; specs</li>
<li> Be familiar with computer software</li>
<li> Conduct subcontractor field orientation for each subcontractor prior to the start of the subcontractors work</li>

Safety:
<ul>
<li> Ensure compliance with the Companys Safety and Loss Control Program and EEO programs on all assigned projects. Be aware of all potential claims as a means of protecting the company and communicate these issues to the Director or Safety if such potential exists.</li>
<li> Prepare the site-specific safety plan with the Safety Director</li>
<li> Coach employees and subs on the importance of and how to work safely</li>
<li> Monitor and ensure weekly toolbox meetings with crew</li>
<li> Be responsible for job site safety procedures/plan</li>
<li> Document and ensure corrective safety measurements are implemented</li>
<li> Understands and enforces OSHA rules and regulations</li>
<li> Maintain AED/CPR/First Aid certification</li>
<li> Conduct weekly safety meetings and safety audits</li>
</ul>
Quality Control:
<ul>
<li> Establish and maintain an on-site quality construction control program Maintain compliance with State, Federal, and Local agencies</li>
<li> Participate in pre-installation meetings and preparation </li>
<li> Ensure all documentation of pre-installation, during installation, and post-installation</li>
<li> Ensure material conformance with approved submittals, plans, and specifications</li>
<li> Zero Punch list should be your objective.</li>

Required Experience:
<ul>
<li> Supervisory experience in the construction industry, including proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications.</li>
<li>Experience building ground-up Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Industrial and Retail projects. Experience with wood-framed construction is an advantage.</li>
<li>Good written and communication skills. Competent at negotiation and conflict resolution</li>
<li>Organizational /management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.</li>
<li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contract drawings and specifications</li>
<li>Keen attention to detail and ability to meet all assigned deadlines.</li>
<li>Familiarity with construction/ project management software (experience with CMiC, P6 Scheduling a plus).</li>
<li>Good to excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.</li>
<li>Completed projects valued at $10 million or more.</li>
<li>Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid Certified</li>
<li>10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification; 30-Hour OSHA preferred</li>

This is a contract position, which will include locksmith-related skills, low-voltage electrical work, problem-solving, and other simple carpentry. We pay our Sub-Contractor Locksmith Technician a competitive pay rate per job completed.
 
Duties &amp; Responsibilities: Provide locksmith services for commercial locations. Provide recommendations regarding industry best practices for locking devices and hardware applications and installations. Maintain a basic inventory of spare parts and components for supported devices. Install, repair, and re-key cylinders; evaluate and repair door locks; fabricate and provide maintenance in a timely manner. 
Qualifications: Must have and maintain a current State Locksmith documentation (when needed) and be proficient in all aspects of locksmith services including installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of locks currently installed. Ability to Re-key and repair desks and file cabinets. Must be able to cut keys by code. Experienced with commercial panic/exit hardware. Experienced with Low Voltage work preferred. Experience with door closers. Must possess excellent troubleshooting skills. Must be able to work with little supervision, and be able to drive to job locations quickly and efficiently.
