3. Ensures that all childcare licensing requirements per the NH Childcare Licensing Bureau are implemented. 
4.Ensures a healthy, safe environment, with well-maintained facilities, equipment, and supplies. 
Resource Development 
5.Participates in the grant application process providing ideas for funding programs and other services. 
6.Assists with fundraising events and initiatives. 
7.Develop and increase the visibility of the Club programs through daily schedule posting, event announcements, and dissemination of information through advertising, flyers, and press releases. 
Relationships/Partnership Development/Public Relations 
8. Maintains close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisors to receive/provide information discuss issues, explain or interpret guidelines/instructions; instruct, advise/counsel. 
9. Maintains professional contact with community members, community leaders and organizations, Club parents, and others to assist in resolving situations and in order to develop and maintain partnerships. Develops and maintains public relations to increase the visibility of programs, services, and activities within the Club and the community. 
Management Administration 
11.Evaluate and report on the Site programs and progress once a month. 
12.Leads recruitment, retention, and public outreach efforts for partners, volunteers, members, and parents. 
13.Reports on grants as needed. 
14.Ensures administrative and operational systems are in place to maintain the operation of the physical properties and equipment of the Club. 
15.Effectively manages a budget; controls expenditures against budget. 
16.Compiles regular reports reflecting all activities, attendance, and participation. 
17.Recruits, manages and provides career development opportunities for site staff and volunteers. Conducts regular staff meetings. Requirements Site Directors in a school-age program must be at least 20 years of age, have a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma, and have at least one of the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of an associate's degree in child development, education, recreation, or another field of study focused on children, awarded by a regionally accredited college or university; or 2. Certificate of successful completion of training as a recreation director plus 1,000 hours of experience working with children in a licensed child care program, recreation program, or elementary school; or 3. A total of 12 credits in child development, education, recreation, or another field of study focused on children, from a regionally accredited college, plus 1,000 hours of experience working with children; or 4. Current certification as an educator by the New Hampshire Department of Education; or 5. Experience working with children totaling 2,000 hours and the following: a. Current certification as a Para-educator II by the New Hampshire Department of Education; or b. Both of the following: 1. Documentation of enrollment in a course for at least three credits in child development, education, recreation, or another field of study focused on children through a regionally accredited college or university and a written plan on file for completion of at least three additional credits as specified; and 2. Summary: The Assistant Residential Manager 3 will oversee the daily operation of a residential home or day program for individuals with disabilities. They will provide direct care support as needed and additional coordination of program duties as requested. Individuals in Level 3 programs may require moderate to considerable physical assistance or accommodation. Specialized training will enhance supervision or interventions to address multiple disabilities, including behavioral support or enhanced medical care. Staff will develop, implement, and supervise training, case management requirements of individuals, and participation in general duties.
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 1:00PM-9:00PM Saturday 9:00AM-5:00PM (40 Hours)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ol>
<li>Lead staff to ensure that performance standards are upheld and that all individuals are working following agency requirements, mission, goals, and principles.</li>
<li>Provide leadership to all staff by creating a positive work climate and creating a cohesive team environment. Communicate with on-call and management staff any concerns or issues that arise related to the care of individuals, staffing concerns, or general needs of the program in the absence of an on-site manager.</li>
<li>Ensure that services and documentation are maintained according to DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards as well as Bridgewell's policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Create opportunities and provide support to individuals in making decisions to develop their skills and foster independence.</li>
<li>Oversee all medical, clinical, and financial needs of the individuals by identifying needs and securing appropriate services as needed.</li>
<li>Transport individuals as needed to and from medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program.</li>
<li>Build and maintain positive relationships with funding sources, community groups, families, and other service providers.</li>
<li>Monitor petty cash and maintain spending within allowed budgetary limits.</li>
<li>Provide interim coverage during PD absence as directed by and with the support of the Residential Supervisor or any other interim member of program management assigned to the facility.</li>
<li>Maintain core training certifications including CPR/FA, OSHA, CPI, MAP, PABC, and Driver Safety.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

Required Education/Experience:
<ol>
<li>Must have a high school diploma or GED. </li>
<li>DSP Certification, Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of one year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities. Experience with individuals who may have significant behavioral or medical concerns is required.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead staff or act as shift leader, coordinate documentation flow as required, and interface with management or nursing staff as required.</li>

About The Role:
Compensation is $18-20 Per hour based on experience.&nbsp;
The General Service Technician is a blended role with both front and back shop responsibilities, including at least two days per week dedicated to front counter duties. This position is responsible for performing routine vehicle repairs and maintenance in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications while effectively communicating vehicle issues and solutions to guests. Additionally, as a key holder and manager on duty (MOD) when needed, the General Service Technician plays a vital role in providing a superior guest experience, driving sales of automotive services and tires, and ensuring a welcoming in-store atmosphere.

Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Accurately perform basic vehicle services and repairs effectively and efficiently in accordance with Monro standards of operation.&nbsp;

<li>Tire Services – perform wheel removal, balancing, patch/plug repairs, changing, mounting, installation and TPMS service and repair.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Vehicle Services – perform lubrications, oil changes, basic maintenance (e.g.: bulb, wiper blade and filter replacements, etc.), battery testing and installations.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Consistently complete Monro’s Courtesy Inspection process, on every guest vehicle, identifying, documenting, and communicating additional needed services and repairs.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in inventory management to include pulling tires and parts, unloading and stocking&nbsp;inventory.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with all general store duties, ensuring the store is in excellent condition and maintained to Monro standards for cleanliness and consistently in guest ready condition.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Consistently perform service(s) in accordance with Monro’s safety standards including but not limited to Monro’s Wheel Torque, Oil safety and compliance procedures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Test drive vehicles in accordance with Monro’s Road Test policy, including consistently dedicated test drive routes, while observing utilizing our all local traffic and safety laws.&nbsp;</li>
