The concierge is the first impression of a luxury residential building, and they&nbsp;should project a consistent image that compliments the property through appearance,&nbsp;performance, and personality. We have a 7 am to 3 pm opening, and we are looking to hire immediately.&nbsp;

Duties:
<ul>
<li>Greet and acknowledge all residents and announce all guests.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Provide resident services such as package and dry cleaning acceptance and retrieval, transportation options, service vendor recommendations, restaurants reservations, and additional requests upon demand.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Through appearance, performance, and service orientation, project a consistent image that complements the property.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Adhere to formal operating policies and procedures that mandate certain customer service techniques and emergency response procedures.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ensure property rules and regulations are consistently enforced.</li>
</ul>

Requirements:

<li>Previous customer service or hospitality experience.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>
