What you’ll do:

UVS is seeking a kind, positive and patient, experienced Specialized DSP.
 
Supports may include, community, in-home, employment.

$18.50 per hour, part-time, up to 15 hours per week located in Jaffrey, NH 
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday between the hours of 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM (flexible)

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Researching, finding and trying new community activities
- Setting up and implementing a schedule of community activities based on the individual's interests
- Transportation to community locations of the individual's choosing
- Providing guidance and encouragement to assist the individual in achieving their personal goals
- Helping the individual search for, apply to, and maintain employment, which may include on-the-job support
- Exercise activities based on the individual's interests, such as hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking
- Making new friends and maintaining relationships
