Essential Functions:

<li>Create an in-store easy, seamless and fun experience allowing you to build and cultivate customer relationships</li>

<li>Drive sales with in-store and online clients by embracing and being proficient with technology</li>
\n
<li>Participate in the merchandising and operational requirements of the role</li>
\n </ul>

Qualifications and Competencies:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li>
\n </ul>
\n \n \n \n
<ul>\n
<li>Previous selling experience is required, preferably in cosmetics</li>
\n
<li>Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals</li>
\n
<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays</li>
\n </ul>
\n
Physical Requirements:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department</li>
\n
<li>May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision</li>
\n
<li>Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions</li>
\n
<li>Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs</li>
\n </ul>
