What is this role about?
Similar roles in medical clinic settings would have titles such as “Practice Administrators” or “Practice Coordinators”. We call this role “Practice Operations Partner” because we see every member of our care team to be an equal level partner who contributes their unique sets of talents. The Practice Operations Partner will be the “face of our clinic”, since this will be the first person that our patients would interact with upon entering the facility. The individual will greet our patients as they walk in the door for their scheduled appointments, or to attend a social event. The administrative duties will include handling inbound/outbound calls, preparing insurance claims, handling the mail/faxes, coordinating transportation, etc. The Practice Operations Partner will work collaboratively with our primary care providers, patient liaisons, EMTs, and fellow clinic administrators, as part of the care-team model.
 
What are some of the day-to-day duties?
This clinic-based role will include, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

<li>Welcoming patients as they enter the clinic, and communicating their arrival to the relevant care-team members</li>
<li>Handling incoming calls and messages and appropriately addressing or triaging the requests such as appointment scheduling, form completion, medication refills, etc.</li>
<li>Initiating outbound administrative requests by phone and in writing, such as medical record requests and specialty appointment booking</li>
<li>Sorting and triaging incoming mail and faxes including scanning and e-filing documents</li>
<li>Providing information and facilitating office tours for patients interested in joining our practice</li>
<li>Assisting the Practice Operations Manager with administrative tasks, such as ordering of supplies, scheduling, etc.</li>
<li>Verifying patient insurance via phone or online and collecting applicable copays for services</li>
<li>Assisting with scheduling follow-up appointments and referral appointments</li>
<li>Assisting with scheduling transportation for our patients</li>
<li>Preparing and submitting accurate insurance claims within the required timeframes</li>
<li>Resolving claims issues with third party insurance carriers and facilitating requested information in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Engaging with patients and their family members/caretakers to resolve claim issues and other insurance hurdles</li>
<li>Providing additional documentation needed for timely claims processing, by conducting research and preparing for appeals</li>
<li>Providing support to colleagues as needed in a team-based environment to ensure our patients receive the highest quality of service and care possible</li>

Requirements:
What are the requirements for this position?
· High school diploma or G.E.D.
· Minimum of two years of experience working a front desk function in a medical clinic (primary care clinic preferred)
· Strong interpersonal skills with experience working in settings requiring frequent communication via phone and in-person
· Experience with basic office tools such as email, Outlook calendar, etc.
· Strong verbal, written, and reading comprehension skills in English
· Ability to work regular office hours Monday through Friday
 
What are the preferred, “nice to have” requirements?
· Strong knowledge of Medicare billing and CPT coding
· Experience in a call center environment
· Experience with Athena or another Electronic Health Record software
· Experience with seniors, under-served populations, individuals with disabilities or other complex social needs
· Bilingual in Haitian Creole, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese

FMC operates 25 public ice skating arenas across the state of Massachusetts in long-term partnership agreements with the Commonwealth and various municipalities as well as educational institutions. 
 
The Facility Operator is responsible for maintaining FMC facilities in order to ensure clean, safe and healthy facilities are available. Routine maintenance and janitorial functions of the facility while it is open to the public, is required. Responsible for driving/operating ice resurfacer. The Facility Operator reports directly to the Arena Manager and/or Facility Supervisor and will work alone and with other positions as required by the facility activities schedule. Work schedule will include nights, weekends and some holidays as necessary to meet the needs of our patrons and to complete job responsibilities. 
No prior experience in an ice rink or ice sports required. We will train.

Job Description Summary: 
Heavy Equipment Sales Representative has opportunity to Sell and Rent equipment and attachments in an assigned geographic territory. Anderson Equipment Company will support sales representative with sales planning tools, comprehensive training program with dedicated Branch Manager coaching, and extensive fleet of construction, mining, paving, forestry equipment and attachments.
Sales Representative must grow territory to achieve annual sales revenue and market share targets by understanding customer needs, identifying sales opportunities, and developing customized equipment and financial solutions. Sales Representative must reside in the territory to maximize community exposure to Anderson and to maintain ongoing relationships with customers and resolve issue quickly by utilizing internal contacts with Service, Parts and Rental departments at the branch.
Required Qualifications:

<li>Bachelor's or Associate’s degree with finance, marketing, business concentration.</li>
<li>Work experience in Heavy Equipment, Auto, or related industry.</li>
<li>Work experience that demonstrates proven track record of achievement of sales, revenue targets or financial goals.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and presentation skills with focus on dependable follow-up and responsiveness.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and financial creativity.</li>
<li>Position requires daily traveling within sales territory to customer job sites and meetings. Must have a valid driver's license and ability to meet the requirements of the company’s driver policy.</li>

Compensation and Benefits:

<li>Compensation Range depends on Sales Rep ability to achieve revenue and bonus targets: $60,000-$150,000.</li>
<li>Compensation consists of salary, commission, and bonuses based on achieving annual targets.</li>
