Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Messaging &amp; Collaboration Systems Administrator to support and optimize our Enterprise Communication and Collaboration platforms. This role spans both on-premises and cloud environments, including Exchange Hybrid SE, SharePoint 2019, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Proofpoint Email Security.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of governance and compliance, and a commitment to user enablement and operational excellence. Additional experience with Copilot governance and integration, Entra ID administration or conceptual knowledge, and the ability to deliver high-quality support to internal users, ensuring seamless operation of endpoint devices including macOS is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration
<ul>
<li>Administer Exchange Hybrid SE and Exchange Online environments, including mail flow, mailbox migrations, patching, and client access support.</li>
<li>Manage Proofpoint Email Security systems, including TAP/TRAP, encryption, spam filtering, and email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).</li>
<li>Administer SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online, including site creation, permissions, content lifecycle, and search indexing.</li>
<li>Configure and support Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Office Online Server, ensuring secure collaboration and user access.</li>
<li>Oversee Microsoft Viva platform modules (Connections, Engage, Learning, Insights) and Microsoft Search administration.</li>
<li>Support Power Platform governance (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Pages), including environment strategy, DLP policies.</li>
<li>Manage Power BI service administration, including workspace strategy, certified datasets, row-level security, and usage monitoring.</li>
<li>Assist with Copilot governance and integration across M365 workloads to ensure secure and compliant AI adoption.</li>

Client Support &amp; Enablement
<ul>
<li>Provide Tier 2/3 support for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office 365 client applications.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot sync issues, access problems, and MFA/Conditional Access configurations.</li>
<li>Mentor users and junior staff in Power Apps and Power Automate development.</li>
<li>Deliver training, documentation, and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.</li>
<li>Serve as Jira responder for messaging and collaboration-related tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.</li>
<li>Deliver high-quality support to internal users, ensuring seamless operation of endpoint devices, including macOS and other supported platforms.</li>

Governance &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Implement and monitor retention policies, sensitivity labels, and audit logging across M365 workloads.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Legal for eDiscovery and Litigation Hold requests.</li>
<li>Enforce governance standards for SharePoint content management, Teams provisioning, and external sharing.</li>
<li>Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans for SharePoint and Exchange environments.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and internal data protection policies.</li>

Architecture &amp; Deployment
<ul>
<li>Lead SharePoint and Teams architecture planning, including taxonomy, navigation, and hub site design.</li>
<li>Manage deployment of SharePoint solutions and customizations, including SPFx, Power Platform apps, and third-party tools.</li>
<li>Collaborate with infrastructure and identity teams on hybrid integrations, licensing, and platform resiliency.</li>
<li>Work closely with identity teams to support Entra ID administration or provide conceptual guidance for identity governance and security.</li>

Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience administering Microsoft Exchange (on-prem and Exchange Online).</li>
<li>3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).</li>
<li>Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.</li>
<li>Experience with Proofpoint email security systems and Microsoft 365 compliance tools.</li>

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN ASSISTANT BARBER SHOP LEADER
We are available when our clients need us, which means peak hours are during evenings and weekends. As a full-time leader, you'll need a flexible schedule that allows you to support the team when they need it most.
As an Assistant Barber Shop Leader, you will step into the shop ready to energize the team, support barbers and stylists, and create an unbeatable client experience. You will work closely with the Shop Leader to maintain high standards on cuts, colors, and shaves, and provide ongoing mentorship, helping stylists grow their skills and refine their craft. You will take an active role in recruiting, ensuring the team is stacked with great talent. Behind the scenes, you'll manage inventory, purchase orders, and month-end tasks to keep the shop running smoothly. You'll also work behind the chair, staying connected to the client experience while leading by example.
OUR IDEAL ASSISTANT BARBER SHOP LEADER

<li>3+ years of experience behind the chair as a barber or stylist in a fast-paced shop</li>
<li>1+ year(s) of management experience</li>
<li>Passion for leadership and building a culture of teamwork and service</li>
<li>An active Barber or Cosmetology license in the state of Massachusetts</li>

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will:
<ul>
<li>Follow the plan of care as directed by the Registered Nurse.</li>
<li>Communicate with the patients, team members and management in an accurate and timely manner.</li>
<li>Apply critical thinking skills and consider alternatives in the delivery of patient care.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain human care relationships and integrate the influence of the human experience of health, illness and/or healing.</li>
<li>Manage self and resources effectively.</li>
<li>Apply leadership skills appropriately.</li>
<li>Incorporate teaching in the delivery of care and demonstrate competence in health promotion.</li>
<li>Apply knowledge integration skills for the patient populations served within the Inpatient Care Unit.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Graduate from an accredited school of nursing</li>
<li>Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Vermont in good standing</li>
<li>Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers</li>
<li>One (1) year of inpatient experience (preferred)</li>
<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Experience with electronic medical record systems.</li>
</ul>
Salary Range: The base rate for this position is $23.00 - $28.00 per hour. The hourly range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position. The rate for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
