What You’ll Do

Duties include but are not limited to:

<li>Follow procedures, policies, and other important correspondence from HQ. Receive maintenance requests and pass to the appropriate manager in a prompt manner.</li>
<li>Assists with organization, set-up, implementation, and clean-up of all resident events hosted by the community.</li>

Minimum Qualifications:

<li>3+ years of experience in aerospace, aviation, or high-reliability manufacturing environments, preferably in the aviation or defense industries</li>
<li>Proven experience in program-level quality engineering, risk management, and CAPA processes</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis, SPC)</li>
<li>Proficient with statistical tools, root cause analysis methods, and quality management software</li>
<li>Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and evolving environment</li>
<li>Experience with composite or metallic structures, electric propulsion systems, battery technology, or aviation sub-systems</li>
<li>Familiarity with aviation standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100, FAA/EASA guidelines)</li>
<li>Six Sigma or Lean certification</li>
<li>APQP and PPAP expertise</li>
