Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in Massachusetts. Nurse Practitioners will be required to travel the entire state, with travel to additional states based on the needs of the business. NPs will complete an average of 30 assessments per week/6 assessments per day. Extended stays away from home location will likely occur. Providers will be reimbursed for travel, mileage, hotel, and meals.

Position Summary 
Qualified Nurse Practitioners interested in this position will have the opportunity to interact with members in a more intimate setting. Unlike a typical clinic visit, this role allows NPs to connect with patients on a more personal and effective level. Nurse Practitioners performing HRAs are not required to treat or prescribe in the home.  
Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities

<li>Travel to and from patients’ homes. </li>
<li>Perform comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments. </li>
<li>Review medical history and ensure accurate and timely documentation. </li>
<li>Conduct medical reconciliation to ensure patient safety and compliance. </li>
<li>Provide basic patient education on wellness and preventative healthcare measures. </li>
</ul>
Nurse Practitioner Qualifications and Experience Requirements:  
<ul>
<li>Master’s Degree OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP license </li>
<li>Active State NP license </li>
<li>Active National board certification </li>
<li>Current BLS certification </li>
<li>12 months of experience as a paid advanced clinical provider is preferred but not required </li>

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and motivated ABA Behavior Technician to provide home-based ABA therapy sessions to children with autism. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your dedication and commitment will contribute to the growth and progress of the individuals you work with.
