Your Responsibilities:
Jointly responsible with the Project Manager for the overall success of the project. Responsible for meeting schedule, controlling costs, and managing manpower and equipment (if applicable) on assigned project. Provides continuous hands-on field supervision of all construction operations, including subcontractors and other construction related personnel, directing them in the planning, scheduling, and execution of work on time, within budget, and with high standards of workmanship. Attains or exceeds profit goals and promotes workplace safety while meeting or exceeding owner’s expectations. Promotes a positive company image. Is the leader on every project and is ultimately responsible for its operational success.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience and Employee Requirements:

10+ years’ experience in Commercial Supervision of Ground Up and Fit Outs of Projects for a General Contractor
</li>
<li>
10+ years reading and interpreting Drawings/Blueprints.
</li>
<li>
OSHA certifications (preferred)
</li>

Have a valid driver’s license with the ability to travel.
</li>
<li>
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Ability to work additional hours to meet business plan goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
</li>
<li>
Perform project supervision under the direction of a Project Manager.
</li>
<li>
Meet with Project Manager for project to review the project in Project Turnover Meeting
</li>
<li>
Attending the pre-construction meeting, all project progress meetings and weekly safety and informational meetings.
</li>
<li>
Lead the on-site team from construction start through project close.
</li>
<li>
Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness.
</li>
<li>
Proactively identify and help remedy design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project-specific issues.
</li>
</ul>
Maintaining the Schedule:
<ul>
<li>
Maintaining or exceeding job schedule as provided by updating and providing each week a 2-3 week “look ahead” schedule. Super will “WORK THEIR SCHEDULE” by calling subs in advance to discuss upcoming inspections, milestones, and the amount manpower they are going to provide on a daily basis. Verify with each of these subs that they have procured the necessary equipment and materials to be on site on the required date to meet the schedule.

Review progress of the project and adjust work schedules and request additional manpower from the subcontractors needed to maintain the schedule of the project.
</li>
<li>
Maintaining knowledge of current plans, specs and submittal data (including authorized revisions)
</li>
</ul>

Inspect work in progress to make sure workmanship meets specifications and is on schedule
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Maintaining on a daily basis a set of red line drawings during the project duration
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Review contract documents and provide guidance on constructability issues.
</li>
</ul>
The ideal candidate will help consistently deliver projects on time, on budget, exceed client expectations and take responsibility for assisting and maintaining relationships with clients.
The key responsibilities of a Superintendent include, but are not limited to:

Preferred 5-10 years Commercial Construction Superintendent experience with thorough knowledge in Retail, Big Box Retail, Restaurants, Medical Offices, Fitness, Health and Wellness, Dental, Urgent Care Facilities etc.

Excellent organizational, planning and leadership skills ability to handle stress and interact with others.
</li>
<li>
Effective written communication and verbal interpersonal skills.

Maintain and review the punch list process to ensure all are addressed and executed in a timely manner.

Job Description
Shipping Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for the daily movement of product (direct &amp; indirect material) in and out of the facility. This includes Raw Materials, Work-in-Process (e.g., parts going to subcontract), and Finished Goods.
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Effectively lead team of Shipping Associates to execute to the daily ship schedule; mentor the team and foster cross-functional relationships</li>
<li>Establish effective daily communication plan amongst the team</li>
<li>Establish cross-training plan amongst the team on critical functions to establish redundancy</li>
<li>Process shipments and related transactions in the ERP system</li>
<li>Work closely with Customer Service to ensure alignment on changing customer requirements</li>
<li>Create the daily truck schedule for Momentum drivers and schedule commercial carriers as required to support the daily ship schedule</li>
<li>Own the receiving inspection process to validate incoming material against open supplier requirements; involve Quality as necessary when concerns are identified</li>
<li>Manage Finished Goods inventory, including periodic cycle counts</li>
<li>Other duties as required</li>
</ul>
Skills:
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing and supply chain</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Manufacturing ERP experience required</li>
<li>Infor Syteline ERP experience preferred</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma</li>
<li>At least five years of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Logistics experience</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Prolonged periods sitting and working on a computer</li>
<li>Must be capable of lifting 25-50 lbs. at times</li>
</ul>

TERRITORY MANAGER Job Summary
 The Territory Manager role assists in acquiring new businesses by developing strong customer relationships, maintaining an active call back list, and creating and following-up referrals from existing customers. This person is responsible for business development, achieving set sales budgets (as identified by the salespersons Sales ID), specifically the Warehouse and Direct Budget, GP% and the number of New Accounts opened. Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Strong communication skills (verbal and written) when dealing with customers, vendors, management, and team members</li>
<li>2+ years previous outside sales experience</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and retain new customers</li>
<li>Proven ability to effectively price quote and use follow-up communication.</li>
<li>Ability to operate a PC and related software</li>
<li>Strong ability to prioritize and meet company timelines/goals</li>
</ul>

Education:
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent </li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>3+ years front-line sales experience or bachelor’s degree in business or related field</li>
