<li>Assists in the monthly close process, including preparing account reconciliations, journal entries, support schedules, and other financial analysis.</li>
<li>Assists with monthly/quarterly reporting packages to the Staff management.</li>
<li>Supports budget and forecasting activities.</li>
<li>Assists with Implementation of process improvements and best practices to strengthen internal controls.</li>
<li>Assists with preparation of annual budget. </li>
<li>Assists with the preparation of the annual audit and Uniform Financial Report (UFR).</li>
<li>Serves as backup to department staff as required.</li>
<li>Assists with special projects as assigned.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree with a Business/Finance/Accounting focus. </li>
<li>One to two years’ related accounting experience preferably with a non-profit organization </li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office.</li>
<li>Hands-on approach with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.</li>
</ul>
