Hours and Work Environment
You will live on camp property and work day, evening and overnight on a rotating schedule.&nbsp;

<li>Safely operate CDL-B vehicles with hydraulics to transport equipment, materials, or goods</li>
<li>Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues</li>
<li>Follow all DOT and company safety procedures</li>
<li>Maintain accurate logs and documentation as required</li>
<li>Support crews or operations on-site as needed</li>

Requirements:

Job DescriptionVarsity Softball – Assistant Coach
Location: Newton, MA Season Dates: March 9, 2026 – May 22, 2026 Compensation: $3,000–$4,000 (commensurate with experience)
Position Overview
The school is seeking a Varsity Softball Assistant Coach for the Spring 2026 season. This role supports the Head Coach in all aspects of the varsity softball program, including practice planning, player development, and game preparation.
The ideal candidate is passionate about softball, enjoys working with student-athletes, and is committed to fostering a competitive, mission-aligned team culture that reflects the values of Sacred Heart education and Falcon Athletics.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li> Assist in planning and leading daily practices </li>
<li> Support player development, fundamentals, and position-specific skills </li>
<li> Coach during games and assist with strategy and game management </li>
<li> Foster a positive, inclusive, and competitive team environment </li>
<li> Supervise student-athletes during practices and competitions </li>
<li> Communicate effectively with the Head Coach and athletic department staff </li>
</ul>
Practice &amp; Game Schedule
<ul>
<li>Frequency: 3–4 days per week </li>
<li> Practices and games primarily take place after school (specific times TBD) </li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li> Softball coaching and/or playing experience preferred </li>
<li> Ability to commit to a 3–4 day per week schedule </li>
<li> Experience working with high school athletes a plus </li>
<li> Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills </li>
<li> Commitment to student-athlete development and sportsmanship</li>
