Duties:

<li>Loads and secures machines into delivery truck for safe transport.</li>
<li>Inspects paperwork to confirm addresses for deliveries, accessories requested, and any special customer notes.</li>
<li>Ensures that the delivery truck is clean and in good operating condition at all times.</li>
<li>Notifies Manager of any broken or non-operating equipment.</li>
<li>Tests equipment prior to delivery and then properly wraps equipment and stores, if necessary.</li>

<li>Any returned equipment is to be properly tagged and supporting documentation provided.</li>
<li>Performs unpackaging, review, matching of packing slips to physical counts, provides notice of discrepancies.</li>
<li>Pulls &amp; stages items for local delivery orders.</li>
<li>Pulls items, packages, and processes for UPS/third party shipment</li>
<li>Performs local supply deliveries and pick-up duties to external customers and any internal demands and performs processing duties.</li>
<li>Participates in snow removal from company vehicles and ensures cleared and safe walk-ways and entrances to and from building during winter months.</li>
<li>Accurately completes all documentation at time of action, electronic or hard paperwork, such as but not limited to work orders, set-up sheets, delivery forms, sales orders, etc. and returns daily.</li>

Job Summary
 Summary: Supervises Catering Department employees. Prepares and serves food at functions under the supervision of the Catering Director. May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to catered functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Supervises employees in the Catering Department. Assists in the performance appraisal process. </li>
<li>Determines workload requirements from catering orders. </li>
<li>Meets with function group leaders to discuss setup arrangements, addresses last-minute changes and resolves problems. </li>
<li>Assembles and delivers food and supplies to the scheduled catering functions. </li>
<li>Returns food, beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility. </li>
<li>Distributes and collects customer comment cards at catered functions. </li>
<li>Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures. </li>
<li>Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils within work area. </li>
<li>Cleans equipment in a timely fashion; thoroughly cleans workstation before leaving the area for other assignments. </li>
<li>Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner; relays relevant customer concerns to supervisor. </li>
<li>Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment. </li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li>
