POSITION SUMMARY: Join the Sugarbush Lift Operations team this winter as a Lift Operations Supervisor! Lift Operations Supervisor provides exceptional guest service and are responsible for the safety of our guests while they are loading, riding, and unloading our chairlifts. They also assist the Lift Operations Manager in the supervision and daily operations of the Lift Operations Department. This is a full-time seasonal position with a starting pay of $22.00/hour. RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Assist in the supervision of the daily operation of all ski lifts at Mount Ellen and Lincoln Peak.</li>
<li>Oversee operations on manager's day off.</li>
<li>Monitor work in progress, assign tasks, and issue daily work assignments.</li>
<li>Monitor all lift operations and RFID gates, and take necessary action to maximize safety and efficiency, while providing a high level of service to our guests.</li>
<li>Inspect lifts, lift areas (huts/ramps), lift corrals, and scanning operations several times a day.</li>
<li>Ensure the proper safety procedures are being followed.</li>
<li>Provide breaks to operators and scanners as needed, and work as an operator or scanner as needed.</li>
<li>Supervisory responsibilities include assigning work, on- hill training, and evaluating job performance.</li>
<li>Ensure lifts open on time, monitor staff's guest service skills, ensure minimal interruption of lift service, timely and appropriate response to customer problems, cleanliness and efficiency of lift and corral area, appearance and presentation of staff, accurate completion of paperwork, and safe daily operations of lifts.</li>

 QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>Must be 18 years of age.</li>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>3 plus years of relevant ski lift operations experience with prior supervisory responsibility, or a combination of education/experience from which comparable knowledge/skills are acquired.</li>
<li>Broad base of basic mechanical knowledge related to lift operations required.</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of lift operations, including scanning, crowd control required. Excellent customer service skills required.</li>
<li>Familiarity with general ski resort operations and risk management principals required.</li>

<li>Knowledge of Spanish language is a plus.</li>
<li>PSIA/AASI Level I, Level II or Level III Certification is preferred.</li>

<li>Prior ski racing, freestyle background is a plus. </li>

 POSITION SUMMARY: The Group, Tour and Corporate Sales Manager's primary function is to expand Sugarbush's year-round group sales and revenue throughout the Vermont geographic territory. The Sales Manager will manage all sales activities from lead generation, inquiry lead management, customer needs assessment, client presentation and site tours, through finalizing and closing the sale. Candidate will maximize revenues with a thorough business analysis, identifying key and peak dates, incremental product offerings and recreational activities. This is a full-time year-round position with a pay range between $55,000-$60,000 plus commission. RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Develop annual business plans in collaboration with the Director of Sales outlining key activities, strategies, and goals to drive growth and exceed sales targets within the corporate market.</li>
<li>Maintain an effective balance between proactive sales prospecting and essential administrative responsibilities, including preparing contracts, proposals, reports, and CRM (Delphi) utilization. </li>
