ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Uses a pneumatic nail gun to repair or assemble pallets. In a repair department places pallet on repair table, removes defective boards, replaces new boards, and nails replaced boards into place. In an assembly department takes stock boards and nails together based on type of pallet desired. Responsible for troubleshooting jams and basic maintenance of the saw.
Work requires operator to stand for long periods of time. Operators must be able to repeatedly lift a pallet weighing 50-75 lbs. Nail guns must be operated with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Repair Operators must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Repair Operators must also be able to concentrate on their tasks. The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential.
Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.

PREFERRED SKILLS
2+ years previous experience working in an industrial, fast moving setting with industrial machinery.

Position Summary: The AIB Support Technician is responsible for performing a variety of heavy cleaning, landscaping/snow removal, and equipment maintenance tasks to maintain the American Institute of Baking (AIB) standards. This maintenance includes but not limited to parking areas, walkways, warehouse, stairwells, office, conference rooms and other assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, and in good operating condition in accordance with maintenance and cleaning procedures, pest control and safety policies.

The AIB Support Technician will have responsibility for tactical development and hands on execution of all routine and specialty cleaning. The individual will be crossed trained to work as a back-up to Facilities Operations providing support and/or coverage during absences. Play a lead role with the GBFB cleaning and pest control vendors and be active in maintaining the Green Building Council’s LEED Silver
Certification of GBFB’s 117,000 SQFT energy efficient building.

POSITION SUMMARY: Foxx Life Sciences is looking for a dynamic, self-driven, confident Sales Representative who will develop and manage the US Mid-West region. Role and Responsibilities
<ol>
<li>The candidate must reside within the territory. </li>
<li>Must have prior Life Science Sales experience.</li>
<li>Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive growth that includes.
<ol>
<li>Develop new Life Science clients.</li>
<li>Manage and grow existing Life Science clients and distribution partners.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>Provide constant positive communication, follow-up and client satisfaction, through site visits, phone, email and social media.</li>
<li>Meet and/or exceed sales goals (monthly, quarterly, yearly).</li>
<li>Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and working with the internal engineering and quality teams, resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.</li>
<li>Track and manage all opportunities through the Company CRM System (MS Dynamics)</li>
<li>Leverage CRM for pipeline development and opportunity management </li>
<li>Update request logs/weekly reports and sales meetings.</li>
<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related activities as requested.</li>
<li>The ability to work both independently and in a team environment is essential.</li>
</ol>
Qualifications and Education Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience </li>
<li>Life science background required.</li>
<li>Understanding of the processes used in the development and manufacture of therapeutic drugs.</li>
<li>Preferred 2-3 years of successful sales experience with a strong record of performance.</li>
<li>Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including excel, ppt, teams.</li>
<li>Experience is using CRM as a daily activity management tool.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail </li>
<li>Superior time management and multi-tasker.</li>
<li>Strong oral and written communication skills include strong presentation skills.</li>
<li>Able to easily change tasks as instructed.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to travel up to 55% </li>
<li>Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of using Microsoft Dynamics.</li>
<li>Knowledge and ability to prospect and market using social media tools such as Linked-In Navigator. </li>
<li>Previous Key Account Management experience would be a bonus.</li>
