Experience:

 Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Must have proven experience with a range of insurance&nbsp;solutions to bring value to clients</li>
<li>Must be willing to become each client’s trusted risk management advisor and bring the entire World platform to each client (P&amp;C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, and Payroll and Human Resources outsourcing services)</li>
<li>Must maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment to be positioned to manage an existing book of business </li>
<li>It is meaningful, but not mandatory, if you have:

<li>Sold commercial insurance for a top broker. Based on your experience, World will enhance your expertise through the company’s training program;</li>
<li>Used an insurance agency management software platform, like AMS360 and Epic, and have&nbsp;experience with a sales CRM (World uses HubSpot); and</li>
<li>Built and presented client “pitch decks” / presentations.</li>

 Compensation As a World Insurance Producer, your compensation is tied to your effort and your performance.&nbsp; We offer a base salary plus commissions as well as a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested.&nbsp; The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $200,000+.&nbsp; The base salary depends on your experience and your ability to drive revenue.&nbsp; Your base salary grows as your book of business grows, with tremendous potential to significantly exceed the top of this range. The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic, data-savvy, and deeply collaborative Chief Operating Officer to serve as the operational architect of our mission. What You Will Do
As Chief Operating Officer, you will:
