Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry RN experience – Required
</li>
<li>
Travel nursing experience – Preferred
</li>
<li>
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
</li>
<li>
Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts – Required
</li>
<li>
Current BLS Certification – Required
</li>
<li>
Successful completion of Medical/Surgical IV Medication Module and Basic Arrhythmia exam

Covenant Christian Academy is seeking an organized, service-oriented Veracross Systems Administrator to serve as the primary owner of Veracross, our school’s Student Information System (SIS). This role will support all departments and ensure data integrity, reliable workflows, and a positive user experience for families and staff.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving systems problems, supporting users, and improving processes that help a school run smoothly. The role is a 30-hour-per-week role, with additional hours as needed to support key projects.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary administrator for all Veracross modules (excluding Accounting)</li>
<li>Support end users (faculty, staff, parents, and students) and resolve system issues in a timely manner</li>
<li>Maintain data accuracy and security across the SIS</li>
<li>Build, modify, and manage forms, workflows, and portals</li>
<li>Manage annual SIS cycles, including re-enrollment, course requests, scheduling, and year-end rollovers</li>
<li>Assist in developing and running queries, reports, and exports for various departments</li>
<li>Manage permissions and user access</li>
<li>Coordinate integrations and data exchanges between Veracross and other systems </li>
<li>Provide training and documentation for internal users as necessary</li>
<li>Monitor and communicate system updates, changes, and new features</li>
<li>Model and promote best practices for data governance across the school</li>
<li>Model Christian character and excellence in all interactions as a representative of Covenant Christian Academy.</li>
<li>Serves as the main liaison between the school and all Veracross Account Reps and Support Consultants</li>
<li>Bring a “continuous improvement” mentality, being attentive to workflows of Admin, Faculty and Staff and proactively offering suggestions about how to integrate those processes into Veracross</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>A mature Christian faith and willingness to sign Covenant’s Statement of Faith and Core Values.</li>
<li>Commitment to model Christian character both on and off campus and to prioritize the mission of the school in all areas of work.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required</li>
<li>Minimum 2–4 years of experience in database management, educational technology, or similar field</li>
<li>Experience with Veracross or another SIS database (preferred)</li>
<li>Strong data management and technical troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Comfort learning new systems, features, and workflows</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to support non-technical users</li>
<li>High attention to detail and data accuracy</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities</li>
<li>Ability to research solutions and work independently</li>
<li>Customer service orientation; patient and solution-focused</li>
<li>Demonstrate a strong systems-thinking mindset.</li>
<li>Ability to manage the database at both a strategic and granular level, understanding cross-functional dependencies while precisely configuring settings and data to support institutional needs.</li>

Salary Range: $40,000–$50,000 annually (30-hour work week) Compensation is commensurate with experience.
