We are currently hiring a Pharmacy Technician based in Worcester MA.&nbsp; Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician will assist in the various activities of the pharmacy department not requiring the professional judgment of the pharmacist. Pharmacy technicians must function in strict accordance with standard and written procedures and guidelines with deviation approved by the supervising pharmacist. Organizational relationships include being directly responsible to the pharmacist and Director of Pharmacy.

Job Summary:
<ul>
<li>Assist patients in dropping off written prescriptions and picking up filled prescriptions, verifying the correct patient is picking up the correct medication.</li>
<li>Assist the pharmacist by correctly entering prescriptions, including refills, into the computer, adjudicating through insurance, filling and labeling prescriptions. Operate and use appropriate techniques within systems for storage, preparation, and dispensing of medications and follow the Health Center’s policies regarding medication preparation and labeling, controlled substances reconciliation, and purchasing of pharmaceuticals and supplies.</li>
<li>Obtain patient insurance information utilizing available resources when required and verifying insurance when applicable.</li>
<li>Work with pharmacy benefit managers to process rejected prescriptions through insurances.</li>
<li>Assist the pharmacist with the transfer of prescriptions between pharmacies (certified pharmacy technicians only).</li>
<li>Updating patient profile information within the designated electronic health record system.</li>
<li>Work with all pharmacy staff to maintain correct inventory levels, including the ordering of medications as well as removal from shelves, and inventory correction, of outdated medications.</li>
<li>Works a fluctuating work schedule including day, evenings, and occasionally a Saturday shift (9am-1pm).</li>

Job Requirements:

<li>Pharmacy Technician registration required in accordance with Massachusetts Regulations.</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li>
</ul>

Pharmacy Technician I

<h3>Job Description</h3>
Overview: 
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to report to the Factory Technical Manager. This is a factory-based position with primary responsibilities to include leading the Maintenance Planning &amp; Purchasing activities to plan, coordinate and execute all necessary resources needed to support the asset reliability maintenance program.
Pay Range: $89,318 - $99,108 annually. This role is eligible for an annual bonus. 
 Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for implementation, execution and continuous improvement of maintenance standards for the factory to ensure machine reliability and adherence to all compliance regulations both internal and external in the states and countries of operation</li>
<li>Assures adherence to using corporate contracted suppliers</li>
<li>Understands and applies proper codification to materials</li>
<li>Understands and applies MRP concepts for stocked material</li>
<li>Contacts vendors to assure material specification, price, and sourcing information are correct</li>
<li>Analyzes material requirements for both stocked and direct purchase inventory</li>
<li>Communicates with Factory mechanics to assure appropriate application and delivery of MRO purchases</li>
<li>Reviews open purchase orders and follows up with vendors if necessary</li>
<li>Works with accounts payable to resolve invoicing and pricing variances</li>
<li>Support Factory Technical and Operations Teams to optimize and update the Reliability Centered Maintenance Plans for all machine centers including, condition and time-based maintenance, to ensure machine reliability targets are met utilizing SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)</li>
<li>Lead, teach and coach the implementation and continuous improvement to support factory in achieving maintenance plan execution</li>
<li>Provide planning and execution support as it directly relates to asset reliability for maintenance or project related downtime events &gt;8 hours, breakdown analysis for all breakdowns &gt;24hours, lubrication program management, machine or component obsolescence, asset register for all equipment</li>
<li>Lead the Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) meetings at the factory. Request inputs from factory technical teams to ensure the planning of work orders is adequate. Implement the standard BTB agenda and closely monitor effectiveness</li>
<li>Factory SAP CMMS super user responsible for understanding program management and how to update weekly and monthly reporting of all critical maintenance KPI’s to include but not limited to; PM % Completion, WO Backlog, ZBB Manage to the month, Statutory and Critical Maintenance activities</li>
<li>Lead the Annual Zero-Based Maintenance budgeting process for the factory to include the routine and non-routine factory maintenance capex submission process.&nbsp; Ensure proper roles and responsibilities are understood for analysis, justification, funds request, factory implementation plan, reporting and tracking of reliability centered maintenance plans for all manufacturing equipment</li>
<li>Support the factory Technical Competency building program by maintaining the data base of training material provided by the Asset Reliability Team.&nbsp; This will include but is not limited to SOP's, VWI's, OPL's, Instructional Videos etc. for all Maintenance, Safety and Environmental related activities by ensuring internal and external compliance</li>
<li>Responsible to support Factory, Innovation, and Engineering escalations both proactively and reactively to ensure Development of Self and Associates through Coaching, Training and Feedback</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain the inventory of factory storeroom/parts room</li>
