Boston Yacht Haven Inn &amp; Marina is seeking a Dockmaster.&nbsp; This opportunity is available for the duration of the upcoming boating season, but for the right candidate, may be available year-round.&nbsp; Situated on the Waterfront of Boston's North End, in the heart of Downtown Boston, MA, Boston Yacht Haven Inn &amp; Marina is an oasis for the refined boater, accommodating vessels up to 400'.&nbsp;&nbsp;As an ambassador of the waterfront of Boston Harbor in the one of the most highly renowned marinas in the Northeast, the Dockmaster is expected to oversee the day-to-day upkeep of the docks and marina activity, and supervise the dock staff, creating an all-around great experience for our boaters, all while providing the highest level of customer service and exceeding guests' expectations.&nbsp; The Dockmaster also performs both administrative and supervisory roles such as planning, coordinating and promoting the daily operations, facilities, and employees of the marina, our seasonal and transient boaters and our community.

Primary Responsibilities:
Reports directly to property General Manager.
Assists customers in making reservations, boat slip assignments, develops relationships with boat owners and captains.
Works closely with vendors, brokers, yacht captains and yacht owners and managers in the organization.
Oversees a seasonal staff of dock attendants.
Maximizes lineal footage in the marina and strategically makes best use of available dockage to sell out for the season.
Uses computer softwares to manage reservations, profiles and folios.
Works closely with marina office staff to handle seasonal dockage contracts and transient paperwork.
Reconciles daily, weekly and monthly transactions and maintains occupancy and revenue reports.
Keeps equipment and facilities clean. Stores, tracks and inspects equipment for damage and safety.
Opens the facility, including but not limited to setting up equipment for daily use and facility maintenance. 
Closes the facility, including but not limited to putting away all equipment and locking doors. 
Provides support for a variety of special events, and attends calls, meetings, tradeshows and events as required.
Trains, coaches and develops a team of seasonal dock attendants and office staff.
Maintains professionalism and and a calm and courteous demeanor at all times.
Responds to any urgent issues in a time sensitive manner and follows through.
Other duties as assigned by Management.
Is available all of the boating season and takes time off only in the off season.

Education and Training Requirements:
Bachelor's / College Degree preferred but not required.
At least 3 years work experience in a marina.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Integration Engineering Manager&nbsp;is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end systems and data integrations across our enterprise ecosystem. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, bridging IT, business systems, and data engineering. The manager will oversee API development, EDI workflows, iPaaS platforms (Celigo, Workato, Fivetran, SPS Commerce), and custom scripting using Python, SQL, and cloud functions (AWS Lambda, Azure). They will drive new integrations, optimize existing ones, and lead Tier 2/3 support in collaboration with IT Helpdesk, data teams, and business stakeholders.&nbsp;This position is critical to ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability, enabling accurate, timely information for business decision-making. Our environment includes&nbsp;NetSuite ERP,&nbsp;Shopify eCommerce,&nbsp;Snowflake Data Warehouse, and WMS platforms integrated through APIs, EDI, and iPaaS tools. Future initiatives include implementing an&nbsp;Order Management System (OMS)&nbsp;to support omnichannel order lifecycle and fulfillment workflows.Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Design, build, and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, dynamic webhooks, EDI, SQL, and Python.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Define and enforce integration standards, naming conventions, and reusable design patterns.</li>
<li>Manage iPaaS platforms including Celigo, Workato, Fivetran, and SPS Commerce.</li>
<li>Ensure scalability, error handling, and security in all integration flows.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA where applicable). </li>
<li>Architect and implement scalable integration solutions for core business processes such as order lifecyle, inventory, and fulfillment workflows, including future OMS capabilities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with BI/Data Engineering teams on data pipeline and integration best practices, including connectivity with Snowflake and other enterprise data platforms.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Digital and eCommerce teams to integrate systems supporting online sales, order management, and customer experience, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and integration best practices.</li>
<li>Own the integration architecture and ensure interoperability across&nbsp;NetSuite,&nbsp;Shopify, WMS and data platforms.</li>
<li>Define and enforce standards for connectivity, security, and scalability across the ecosystem.</li>
<li>Partner with vendors and internal teams to manage platform upgrades, enhancements, and roadmaps.</li>
<li>Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.</li>
<li>Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Lead integration projects from planning through deployment and hyper-care.</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define success metrics.</li>
<li>Coordinate vendors and internal teams to ensure timelines and quality goals.</li>
<li>Maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, test plans, and change logs for all integrations.</li>
<li>Act as escalation point for complex integration issues from IT Helpdesk.</li>
<li>Monitor integration performance and resolve failures proactively.</li>
<li>Maintain SLAs for system uptime, data sync accuracy, and resolution times.</li>
<li>Define KPIs for integration success (latency, reliability, data quality, error rate) and create dashboards for leadership visibility.</li>
<li>Provide technical support during audits, upgrades, or system transitions.</li>
<li>In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the individual may be required to perform other duties as assigned in support of business objectives.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>6+ years in system integration, data engineering, or IT application development/support.</li>
<li>Proficiency in APIs (REST, SOAP), dynamic webhooks, SQL, Python, and cloud functions (Azure, AWS Lambda).</li>
<li>Experience building and managing iPaaS tools (Workato, Celigo, SPS Commerce, Fivetran or similar).</li>
<li>Ability to manage integration projects and cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Experience collaborating with Digital, eCommerce and Operations teams to deliver integrations for platforms such as NetSuite ERP, Shopify, WMS, and future OMS systems.</li>
<li>Background in supply chain, logistics, retail, or ecommerce environments.</li>
<li>Proactive, self-starter with strong initiative and accountability.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.</li>
<li>Familiarity with GitHub for version control, CI/CD workflows, Postman, and API testing frameworks.</li>
<li>Certifications in Workato, Celigo, or AWS/GCP/Azure.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of data models and ETL pipelines.</li>
<li>Project Management certification (eg. PMP or equivalent).</li>

The base salary range listed here represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Class A Driver Qualifications
<ul>
<li>A valid Class A CDL Operator’s License </li>
<li>1-3 years (preferably 100,000 miles) previous driving experience</li>
<li>Ability to pass both pre-employment and random drug tests as required by the DOT</li>
<li>Ability to pass driving history and background check process</li>
<li>Possess a Federal Medical Card</li>
<li>Working knowledge of the common hazards and safety precautions for Class A Drivers</li>

Class A CDL Driver Duties

<li>Inspects truck before and after trips and complete daily vehicle inspection reports (DVIR’s) as required</li>

<li>Collects payment for goods delivered in accordance with payment instructions on ship ticket</li>
<li>Maintains driver logs according to federal, state, and local regulations</li>
<li>Operates within applicable safety guidelines as defined by government regulations, the company’s safety manuals and/or stated safety policies </li>
