The clinician will need to navigate emergency safety procedures in a timely and professional manner based on the prioritization of guests’ and staff needs. 
 
The Shelter Stabilization and Crisis Clinician will work with direct care staff to advocate for appropriate level of care services and work in collaboration with other PSI departments that provide clinical support to our guests.
 
The Shelter Stabilization and Crisis Clinician will work closely with the Men’s Inn staff and leadership team as well maintain a robust and collaborative relationship with PSI’s DMH MATCH Team and Behavioral Health Team, including the specialized Housing Stabilization Team.
 
Requirements:
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
 
REQUIRED: 
<ul>
<li>Licensure as an LMHC or LICSW or Master’s degree in Social Work or related degree</li>
</ul>
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
 
REQUIRED: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the Human Services field </li>
<li>Knowledge in the areas of trauma, addiction, recovery and mental illness</li>
<li>Knowledge of issues pertaining to the homeless</li>
<li>Demonstrated skills in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention and de-escalation</li>
</ul>
PREFERRED:
<ul>
<li>Administering Narcan and CPR in a work setting </li>
<li>Knowledge of area resources</li>
<li>Bilingual English/Spanish/Haitian Creole </li>

Job DescriptionThe Deposit Operations Specialist is responsible for processing all deposit operations related items including items processing, incoming and outgoing wires, approving mobile capture items, daily ATM and Debit card balancing, Regulation E processing, levy and summons to trustee processing, general ledger and bank owned DDA balancing, setup of business sub accounts, cash management services, and processing of cash management related operational items, front line and branch operational support. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
<ul>
<li>Process returned items incoming and outgoing, processing Fed adjustments </li>
<li>Process incoming and outgoing wires </li>
<li>Reviewing and approving mobile capture deposits</li>
<li>Daily ATM and Debit Card balancing</li>
<li>Regulation E processing for debit cards and ACH </li>
<li>Balancing general ledger and bank owned DDA’s </li>
<li>Processing monetary transactions for front end department staff </li>
<li>Processing abandoned property </li>
<li>Monitor and report on Regulation D violations&nbsp; </li>
<li>Deposit account maintenance </li>
<li>Compromised card processing </li>
<li>Setup and manage accounts through Promontory for ICS and CDARS accounts</li>
<li>Manage cash orders for bank commercial vaults </li>
<li>Participate in various bank projects as necessary</li>
<li>Research operational issues for front line and branch staff</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

<li>Solid background in bank operations, including retail and/or back-office area.&nbsp; </li>
<li>Knowledge of MS Word and Excel&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ability to assist front end staff and branches in a friendly and knowledgeable manner</li>

The hourly pay range for this position is $24.52 - $35.58 per hour
