Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.</li>
<li>Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.</li>
<li>Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.</li>
<li>Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.</li>
<li>Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li>
<li>Previous experience in food service or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.</li>
<li>Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies</li>
<li>Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods. </li>
<li>Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.</li>
<li>Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.</li>
<li>Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required based on State / County law. </li>
<li>Residency within the service area required</li>

Responsibilities

<li>Load, unload and deliver petroleum products to our customers in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. </li>

<li>Be able to prepare and document activities in accordance with Federal D.O.T. Regulations and Company Policies and Procedures.</li>
<li>Be able to perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle.</li>
<li>Accurately complete required documentation as required by law.</li>
<li>Maintain Hours of Service requirements/medical certification in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>CDL A with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements</li>
<li>TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Card), or the ability to obtain one.</li>
<li>2+ years' experience as a CDL truck driver, preferably with liquid/ potential shifting loads.</li>
<li>1+ year of Petroleum Hauling experience. </li>
<li>Must possess and maintain a D.O.T Medical Certificate and meet FMCSA Medical Standards.</li>
<li>Ability to adapt and anticipate unexpected situations such as traffic, weather, road conditions, schedule changes, etc. </li>
<li>Ability to regularly lift, push and pull 30 - 50 pounds and use fuel hoses and related equipment.</li>
</ul>

Shift &amp; Schedule: Friday 5:00PM - 9:00PM, Saturday &amp; Sunday 12:00PM - 8:00PM

What we're looking for:*

<li>Direct patrons where to park.</li>
<li>Traffic enforcement - You will keep traffic moving and disperse double-parked cars.</li>
<li>You will ensure EV Charging Stations are operational</li>
<li>Complete the daily shift paperwork by recording the number of transactions by parking rate, number of vehicles in and out of the facility, number of contract parkers, vehicles left in the facility, number of validated tickets and exception tickets.</li>
<li>Maintain a neat and orderly cashier booth at all times, free of debris and trash with clean windows void of unapproved company posters or decorative hangings.</li>
<li>Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit.</li>

Responsibilities

<li>Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and develop and document the plan within the electronic medical record.</li>
<li>Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings, lab results, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities </li>
<li>Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families, and staff.</li>
<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine a plan of care that improves residents'/patients’ overall health and well-being.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.</li>
<li>Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs, and as desired.</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>

Qualifications

<li>Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. **</li>
<li>Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.</li>

<li>Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.</li>

<li>If multi-site registered dietitian, must have valid Driver's License</li>
