<li>Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.</li>
<li>Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being, observing and reporting any changes in condition or behavior to the nursing staff.</li>
<li>Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, including bed making, room tidying, and infection control practices.</li>
<li>Support nursing staff in delivering treatments, procedures, and documentation as directed, ensuring compliance with facility policies and protocols.</li>
<li>Foster positive relationships with residents and their families, promoting dignity, respect, and quality of life.</li>

What You'll Need:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>High school education or GED preferred</li>
<li>Must be 18 years of age or older</li>
<li>Active, good standing MA PCA or HHA certification</li>
<li>Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English</li>
