Location &amp; Commitments
<ul>
<li>This position is based in the Portsmouth, NH/North Shore area, with daily travel to client properties throughout the region</li>
<li>Part-time role with potential to be full-time (up to 40+ hours per week), with flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed to meet project deadlines or client expectations</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required</li>
<li>Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in carpentry, general maintenance, or home repair, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role</li>
<li>Expertise in mechanical systems, residential construction, and high-end property maintenance</li>
<li>Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset and a focus on delivering white-glove service</li>
<li>Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA safety standards; ability to enforce safety protocols on active job sites</li>
<li>Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong alignment with company values</li>
<li>Must be able to lift, carry, and use tools and materials as needed for on-site work</li>
</ul>
 
Pay Range

<li>$35 - $45 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications</li>

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively with nursing staff and physicians to deliver primary care for every member of the family—from newborns and children to adults and seniors. Our goal is not only to provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment, but an enhanced type of primary care that offers high clinical quality, expanded services for our patients with chronic conditions, and personalized patient education.
