Responsibility 
<ul>
<li>Prepares precast forms for manufacturing concrete products.</li>
<li>Prepares molds for stripping by opening or removing forms from hardened concrete. </li>
<li>Clean, prepare and set up molds for use as required in production.</li>
<li>Fabricate reinforcement cages.</li>
<li>Place and secure reinforcement in various precast concrete forms.</li>
<li>Layout and secure embeds, knockouts, etc. </li>
<li>Place and finish concrete into various precast forms.</li>
<li>Carpentry skills of all levels</li>

Other Duties
<ul>
<li>Housekeeping – maintain a clean work area. </li>
<li>Expected to maintain knowledge of precast plant techniques and procedures.</li>

Job Requirements
 
This is a full time position, primarily M-F schedule. Candidate will work as a Drilling Assistant to support the operation of a test boring rig with an experienced Driller. Tasks include safely assisting the driller with all aspects of drill rig operation and maintenance including soil boring and sampling, rock coring, measuring water levels, installing monitoring wells, installation of instrumentation, carrying and handling tooling, and operation and basic maintenance of heavy equipment including drill rigs, medium duty trucks, trailers and ATV.
