We are a growing firm specializing in customer engagement, retail sales, and brand support. We are looking for a customer-focused, dependable, and enthusiastic Customer Service & Retail Sales Associate to join our Boston team.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service
- Assist customers with product information, questions, and purchases
- Maintain store appearance and merchandise organization
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Participate in promotional activities and product demonstrations
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals
- Adhere to company procedures and uphold a positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Prior customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
