• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of HVAC and plumbing projects from inception to completion.

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

• Review blueprints, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Oversee field operations and coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

• Prepare and track project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.

• Communicate regularly with clients, engineers, and general contractors to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

• Manage procurement of materials and equipment to meet project schedules.

• Forecast labor and material needs, and control project costs to achieve profitability goals.

• Ensure all work meets code requirements, company standards, and industry best practices.
