Alliance Group is seeking an experienced, full-time licensed electrician based in Bow, NH to join our growing Controls team.
This is a field-based position responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage building automation systems while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation systems, energy management, network communications, and more. Individuals must demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and repair wiring, hardware, and software
- Create, load, test, and tune system databases
- Install, replace, and recommission control system devices, equipment, and software
- Provide on-site training to customers
- Create and maintain accurate test records and other documentation
Essential Qualifications and Competencies
- Minimum of 4 years of electrical experience required
- Driver’s License required
- Active Electrical License required (Journeyman's or Master's)
- Knowledge of Build-Ops platform desired
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently
- High level of reliability, follow-through, discretion, and integrity
- Must possess proactive, positive problem-solving skills
- Must be an energetic and enthusiastic collaborative team play
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Must maintain a company vehicle
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis
- U.S. citizenship or a current, valid U.S. work permit is mandatory
- Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- A background verification and motor vehicle check will be required.
- A pre-employment post-offer Human Performance Examination is required for this position.
