Kamco Lock Solutions, a division of Kamco Supply Corp of Boston, is one of New England's largest Commercial Door, Frame & Hardware Installation Professionals. Kamco Lock Solutions sells, services and installs mechanical and electrified door hardware, high & low energy power openers and provides professional locksmith services through New England.
We currently have a Full-Time PROJECT MANAGER position available at our Londonderry, NH, facility.
We are looking for an energetic team play who has excellent organization, communication, coordination and relationship building skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced Team environment, handling multiple tasks is a requirement. Strong PC skills required.
Job Details/Responsibilities
- Lead, Organize, Plan and Execute Projects assigned
- Execute projects within budget parameters
- Effectively communicate with customers and job stakeholders
- Coordinate logistics internally & externally with all parties involved
- Plan resources and organize job documentation as required
- Manage each project's planned and executed costs within acceptable margins
- Manage job scope changes and change orders as they apply
- Close out of projects assigned following procedures
Qualifications
- Knowledge of door, frame and hardware preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong organizational, computer and communication abilities
- Ability to develop and maintain good customer relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, math aptitude, diplomacy and computer literacy
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
