Job Description

We are seeking a Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure products meet quality standards, are on schedule, and stay within cost targets. This role provides leadership to production teams, ensures compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, and drives continuous improvement in electromechanical and cable/harness manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production to meet quality, schedule, and cost goals
Ensure ISO 9001/ISO 13485 compliance and maintain workplace safety
Train, coach, and manage production staff
Allocate resources, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions
Verify production follows schematics, drawings, and work instructions
Identify and implement process improvements to support lean manufacturing

Qualifications & Requirements:

5–10 years in electromechanical/cable-harness manufacturing; 1–3 years supervisory experience
Experience in an ISO 9001/ISO 13485 certified environment
Ability to read complex schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
Skilled in operating manufacturing equipment and in-process test setups
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
