\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Active Massachusetts RN license\n
- At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience\n
- Completion of MGB NWH Self-Study Orientation & Attestation (upon onboarding)\n
- Required health screenings and immunizations: MMR, Influenza, TB Test, Health Statement, Respirator Medical Clearance\n
- Background check and professional references\n
- Resume and nursing skills checklist submission\n
\n\nMed/Surg Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities\n

- Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients\n
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data; respond quickly to changes in patient condition\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans\n
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered\n
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes\n
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, procedures, and ongoing care needs\n
- Participate in rotating holiday and weekend shifts as scheduled\n
