Key Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly and adjustments on complex production equipment or components.
- Support on-floor engineers by executing technical tasks, troubleshooting, and assisting with process maintenance.
- Operate and monitor technical production machinery, including 3D printers, ensuring output meets quality specifications.
- Utilize inventory management systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle) for accurate tracking, issuing, and receiving of parts and materials.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized technical work environment, strictly following all safety procedures.
- Execute structured production tasks and procedures, meticulously documenting steps and results.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, assembly technician, or technical production environments.
- Demonstrated ability to perform electro-mechanical assembly tasks and use associated tools.
- Familiarity with and ability to use enterprise inventory management systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Experience operating within a structured, technical production (e.g., 3D printing) environment.
- Documented strong employment history reflecting reliability, commitment to safety, and tenure.
- A high school diploma or equivalent technical certification.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a role classified as a Service Technician or similar technical support function.
- Direct experience with additive manufacturing (3D printing) processes or equipment.
- A professional certification or Associate's Degree in a technical field.
