The Community Services Department is seeking a well-qualified Grants & Business Manager.
The primary responsibilities include: manage a $4.2 million department budget which includes over 25 funding streams; work directly with key Department staff and CPAV's Fiscal Department to ensure compliance; and provide overall fiscal capacity, budget management, and grants coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a BA in Accounting or Finance, required; minimum of 4 years' experience in grant and budget management, required; experience with non-profit organizations, fund accounting, and multiple funding sources, preferred; experience with State and Federal funding (especially HUD funding) and regulatory requirements, preferred; knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as they relate to non-profit organizations, preferred.

Located in Greenfield, the salary range is $50,600 - $53,684, 37.5 hrs/wk. This is an exempt position.
