You Will:

Vehicle maintenance experience, especially with types of vehicles in our fleet, or mechanical aptitude&nbsp;

Must have a valid driver’s license / clean DMV record&nbsp;

Must have own tools or be willing to purchase as necessary&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly&nbsp;

The expected pay range is&nbsp;$21.00 - $27.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Perform high-quality structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs</li>
<li>Complete light non-structural repairs (sanding, finishing, bumper work)</li>
<li>Follow proper blueprinting and disassembly procedures</li>
<li>Identify additional damage and communicate with the estimator</li>
<li>Use proper safety equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area</li>
</ul>

What You Bring
<ul>
<li>2+ years of auto body experience preferred</li>
<li>I-CAR or OEM training a plus</li>
<li>Ability to read estimates and follow written instructions</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to lift 80 lbs. and perform physical repair tasks</li>
