The Keene Senior Center is seeking a dynamic, dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires someone who is computer-savvy, a quick learner, and enjoys working with people in a warm and professional setting. Position is full-time/part-time.
Key Responsibilities: 
Provide general administrative support to staff and members 
Assist the marketing coordinator with social media (especially Facebook) 
Work with numbers, generate reports, and maintain accurate records 
Use software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Little Green Light, and other data management platforms 
Lift and carry up to 20 pounds as needed 
Contribute to written materials such as newsletters, emails, or event postings 
Support and manage projects involving AI tools
Ideal Candidate Qualities: 
Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor 
Honest, reliable, and down-to-earth attitude 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
Strong attention to detail and organization 
Comfortable using and learning new software and technologies 
Previous experience in a nonprofit or community setting is a plus

The City of Keene's Public Works Department is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to work 28 hours each week! In this role, you'll be at the heart of our utility billing process, handling financial data, generating monthly reports, and ensuring account accuracy. You'll be working closely with internal departments and the public, providing essential support to customers, title companies, attorneys, and outside agencies.
This position is part-time, and the pay range is $21.97-$27.38 per hour.
