HOME REPAIR PROGRAM COORDINATOR
for nonprofit program serving low-income residents, including: client enrollment, spec writing, awarding bids/contracts, document prep, contractor supervision, QC, recordkeeping / reporting & collaboration.
Requires 5 yrs construction-related exp, including hands-on work, spec writing, cost estimating & contracting; knowledge of building codes/regs; good communication, organizational, writing & computer skills; ability to relate to low-income clients and supervise contractors.
Knowledge of local building trades/contractors preferred.
Up to 30 hrs/wk, could expand to full time.
