The L.S. Starrett Company is seeking the following position:
Help Desk Coordinator / Tech I
Qualified candidates roles include but not limited to: Responsibilities: Manage requests related to issues with computers, peripherals or network.
Perform password reset/unlock. Resolve issues remotely within Tech I scope or else assign to other team members.
Manage Access Control System for New Hires, Transfers, Terminations, New Users and Change Access Grants.
Maintain Logs for Access, Software Licenses, Computer Inventory, and Mobile Phones.
Manage IT Peripheral Supplies. Work directly with Tech Support Level II Perform Asset Tagging Manage Printer Support Programs Requirements: Must have Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel, Intermediate MS Word and Internet.
Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.
Must be able to multi-task and have the ability to interact well with all levels of users.
