About the Job
* Prospecting through COLD CALLING by phone and on foot is required.
You must be prepared to learn fast and have a passion for the culture and market.
Your primary responsibility will be to get "shelf space" by creating NEW customer relationships with Dispensary Management and Budtenders. Your compensation will be based primarily on new account growth with limited, if any, ongoing account management. This is a job for "NBD hunters", not "farmers".
You will be expected to meet with potential clients at least 3-4 days per week with the remainder of the work week in the Denver-area office for meetings and training, as well as making small deliveries.
You must have a passion for learning and growth as a professional, with great people skills, demonstrated leadership experience and a terrific attitude for attacking unknown scenarios.
You must have dependable transportation and a valid, clean driving license.
Must be able to pass background check and screening.
This position is an in and out of office position during regular business hours, You will spend a significant amount of time sitting behind a desk working on a computer or driving to and from appointments. You may be required to lift small amounts of weight and move about the building and community during the day.
You will be paid a very reasonable base salary with aggressive and very reachable incentives tied to performance.
