Part-time Opening Northfield Mount Hermon seeks a dynamic self-starter to provide administrative support to the office of Major Gifts and Campaign Operations on a part time basis.
The Major Gifts and Campaign Operations office is a high-energy, fast-paced, collaborative environment whose mission is to engage alumni, parents and friends to help strengthen the school through their philanthropic support.
The campaign assistant will work closely with all members of the Major Gifts and Campaign Operations team, coordinating a comprehensive portfolio of Advancement events, and providing general program and administrative support for the team.
The successful applicant will have an Associates degree or combination of education and experience and at least 3-5 years administrative and program management and/or support experience.
Candidates should be positive, ambitious, organized and energetic.
This position requires discretion and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, able to work on multiple projects, creative and flexible.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google products preferred and experience with Raisers Edge or comparable fundraising software is highly desired.
Additional qualifications include the ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as being a self-starter capable of working independently.
Some weekend and evening work required.
