In this role, you will join a team who enjoys working with talent related systems, data and processes. This new role will work in close collaboration with the Sr. Director of Recruiting Operations and other key stakeholders to expand and accelerate access to top talent through the optimization and compliance of processes. Leveraging your end to end understanding of recruiting operations, processes and special projects, you will support new process implementations and training. This role will also be responsible for recruitment of a COE. The person in this role must be able to collaborate at all levels across the enterprise. You will be part of the team that powers the recruiting engine at Hertz by implementing solutions that combine systems, processes and compliance on a regional scale for North America. Track and interpret metrics related to compliance and effectiveness of new processesStay informed about employment laws and impact to pre-employment regulationsExplore and drive opportunities to engage current employees in being “ambassadors” for Hertz employer brand (e.g. employee referrals, social media engagement, etc.)Work with the Legal and Recruiting Operations team to ensure consistent practices and processesAssist recruiters with training and development around recruiting best practices. Manage a requisition load of 3-5 open positions a month.
Preferred Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Marketing or related field4+ years of experience in a high volume recruiting organizationDemonstrated ability to effectively work with senior management and legal teamStrong knowledge of pre-employment processes and vendors
