A 3PL located in the Mid- Ohio Valley is seeking an experienced Operations Manager.
To be considered, applicants must have a minimum of 5-10 years of operations management in a high-volume /fast-paced 3PL or similar type of organization and a college degree in a related field.
Ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with local, state, and federal law
Quality Assurance Programs: ISO, RCMS, 5S, etc.
Customer Engagement: Customer focus, can-do attitude, attend meetings to review performance, audits, customer visits, weekly/monthly billing
Respond to customer complaints: Investigate, RCA, CA implementation, Confirmation
Provide oversight and guidance to staff regarding operations, scheduling, production planning
HR functions: interview, employee orientation, training,
Make recommendations for projects, building/ grounds maintenance
Prepare Budgets and review performance of the organization, P&L
Qualified applicants will have strong computer skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and be able to handle multiple assignments at once with a great level of detail and organization.
