Greenfield Savings Bank is hiring an IT Help Desk Analyst for our office at 400 Main Street in Greenfield.
This individual's primary responsibility will be to provide IT help desk support to all of the Bank's users. Job functions include analyzing and resolving technical issues, installing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of hardware and software applications, and maintaining user access to applications and web services as needed.
Successful applicants will have 3-5 years of experience in an IT help desk environment, Microsoft Windows O/S expertise, excellent written and oral communication skills, customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot independently.
